CENTRUM has, under its portfolio, investments in real estate in various asset classes ranging from agriculture land with strong growth potential to high yielding prime properties in major cities in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. We also invest in listed and unlisted companies where we believe there is deep value and potential for further growth. Some of the essential factors we look for are: Strong management team with high integrity and passion for the business Companies with good growth potential but require assistance to implement strategic plans and unlock inherent value Growth companies seeking new capital to further develop and expand its businesses either in terms of new products or new geographical markets from M&A activities, joint ventures or other strategic initiatives We will invest directly or co-invest with established private equity firms or strategic investors from our network and business relationships in Asia.
